We hired Liam two weeks ago to clean our windows on the outside. When he came to do the quote I mentioned how bad our eaves looked. He said no problem I can fix that. We had our quote by the end of the day and a commitment to do the job at the end of the week. His quote was very reasonable and he showed up early on the service day. Our windows look awesome and the eaves are white again. Liam was very polite and worked extremely hard. My husband and I would not hesitate to employ Liam again and would highly recommend him.

Liam worked hard at cleaning my eavestroughs. He even fixed some of them. He has an excellent work ethic. The job that he did was excellent and he left the property very clean. He did such a great job I recommended him to some om my neighbors and they hired him and very pleased with his work. It’s nice to see a young person start his own business and take pride in the results. I would highly recommend Liam.

Originally we hired Liam to take care of windows at a residence we oversee. What a fantastic job, pricing was reasonable and the job was finished to perfection!! Liam obviously takes pride in his work. Next request was for the windows at the Wellington Penacostal Church on our behalf. Again Liam wowed us with his perfection and attention to detail. We hired Liam to complete the task of window washing. Our house has two levels and the second floor windows are hard to reach given the house design. Liam was undaunted and had the job done in no time. Liam is a hard worker and takes a friendly approach toward his customers. He is flexible and very easy to negotiate with. We had other work being done so he offered to return at a later date to complete his work. Thanks Liam!

Recently, we hired Liam to trim the extensive length of cedar hedges that surround our property. This job also included pulling out the weed vines that were enmeshed in the hedges and choking them. Liam showed up as scheduled to survey the job and take note of the details of the work required. He then returned on the start date full of enthusiasm and with all the required materials/tools needed to complete the work. Liam and his partner worked efficiently, safely and at a great pace to finish the work. They tidied up as they went so that at the end of each work day, the area was left in a neat and clean state. To our great pleasure, Liam had finished the work in much less time than expected with all the work completed very nicely and as requested. We are very pleased with Liam's work and look forward to hiring Liam again soon. Impressed by his great attitude and performance, we have been recommending Liam to our friends and neighbours.

Liam and his assistant worked tirelessly to clean the moss off of my roof in Wellington. They also cleared out all the gutters. They were professional, safety conscious, and very thorough. Best of all, they were punctual and did as they described they would be able to do. Well done, Liam!

We had Liam clean our windows inside and out. They had not been done outside since we had moved in 5 years ago, so it was a big job. He cleaned them all in a timely manner and his pricing was very reasonable. It’s unbelievable the difference his work has made with letting more light into our house. Highly Recommended!

Liam worked hard at cleaning my windows (inside and outside, all of my siding, eaves, etc. He got rid of the green mold on the side of my home, too. He worked hard at power washing my siding and cleaning my windows. I would highly recommend Liam for cleaning your windows, siding, and eavestroughs. My home was left spic and span.He worked hard from morning into the evening. He even got rid of a wasps nest for me, as well. I would highly recommend Liam Smith.
