Our Story

As the Co-Owner and Operator of L&L Window Cleaning Inc., I’m a proud young entrepreneur dedicated to providing top-notch window cleaning services. Alongside my brother, I founded this business with a clear mission; to deliver exceptional quality and service to our community.

As a young male, I have dedicated the early years of my life to immersing myself in as many learning scenarios as possible. Experiential learning and lived experience are essential in every aspect of life, and this is no different when it comes to running a business.

In addition to my practical experience, I am currently enrolled in a Paralegal Program to ensure that I have a solid understanding of legal processes and compliance. This education allows me to handle contracts, customer agreements, and other legal matters with confidence, ensuring that all aspects of the business are above board and legally sound. By gaining a deeper understanding of legal frameworks, I am better equipped to protect the interests of our company and clients, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

I believe that a team-first approach is key to successful business operations. In my professional career, I have had the opportunity to contribute to research projects, program development, and implementation for various sectors serving vulnerable populations. I’ve collaborated with organizations like Toronto Metro University, Loyalist College, Bridge Street United Church in Belleville, John Howard Society of Belleville and the Quinte Courthouse. Working to solve problems for disadvantaged individuals has honed my skills in problem-solving, adaptability, and working with diverse personalities, which has translated seamlessly to managing a business and its challenges.

Kate is the powerhouse behind the scenes at L&L Window Cleaning, ensuring everything runs smoother than a freshly cleaned window! With a sharp eye for detail and a love for efficiency, she’s constantly fine-tuning our processes, making sure we’re always running like a well-oiled (and streak-free) machine. From managing our amazing team to optimizing our resources, Kate’s mission is simple: make sure everything’s crystal clear and shining at its best!

With years of experience in management and team building, Kate believes the secret to success is a happy, empowered team. That’s why she works hard to create a culture where innovation and fun come together—and let’s face it, who says window cleaning can’t be a good time?

But wait, there’s more! Kate’s also a big believer in justice and doing things the right way. That’s why she’s currently enrolled in the Paralegal Program at Loyalist College. Her passion for law and fairness means she’s making sure everything we do at L&L Window Cleaning is above board—because just like our squeegees, we want to be legally sharp!

When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at work or diving into legal studies, you’ll find Kate at home wrangling her five kids with her amazing husband. Life can get a little chaotic (okay, a lot chaotic), but Kate’s got it all under control. After all, if she can manage a busy household and a successful business, she’s got the perfect balance—just like our streak-free windows!

Meet Jay, the guy who keeps things high and mighty at L&L Window Cleaning! With 10 years of window cleaning experience under his belt, Jay is no stranger to making windows shine—from cozy homes to towering high-rises. He's spent years cleaning windows at dizzying heights, so when it comes to tackling those skyscraper windows, he’s cool, calm, and always ready to take on the challenge.

Before joining our team, Jay managed a moving company, so he's a pro at logistics, managing teams, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Now, as our Area Manager and High-Rise Equipment Specialist, Jay combines his vast knowledge of window cleaning with a knack for handling top-notch equipment. He’s the guy who makes sure our gear is in tip-top shape, while also bringing his marketing savvy to spread the word about our services.

Whether he's on a high-rise building making windows sparkle or managing all the tools that get us there, Jay's got everything covered. He’s the guy who ensures our team has what they need to deliver exceptional results every time.
